What rhythm is this?

Hello, Mr. Ramzy,
I have never posted here before, but I have been learning from your articles and your answers on these boards for a long time. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and opinions with us!

I have a question. I've been listening to a song called "Roh Rouhi" by Nagwa Karam. The rhythm sounds like this to me:
tekaDUM tekaTEK DUM tek (4 beats, accents on one AND two AND THREE FOUR) Someone told me they thought it was a variation on saidi, because of the one accented beat followed by two, but the way the accents fall seems wrong to me for Saidi. I'm used to rhythms that start with a Dum! Can you help me?
